FIX On-Screen Keyboard in Chrome

The problem is after updating, On-Screen Keyboard doesn't popup automatically in Chrome. There is an easy way to fix it. 1. Right click in Chrome and choose Properties. 2.In the Target in Shortcut area, add "--disable-usb-keyboard-detect" 3. Don't forget to "Space" before --. 4. Click OK, and Continue. You can try this in other browser if you have same problem with the On-Screen keyboard.
